We are looking for an organised, personable, and professional individual to join our brand-new team as a Clinical Support Executive. This is an exciting time to join our business as we have just started up our new digital mental health services for children and young people!

Your role will see you working with both our clinical and non-clinical teams to support the delivery of the highest quality of our service. You will be responsible for helping to manage administrative aspects of our client’s care including referrals, liaising with stakeholders as well as maintaining the clinical rotas within our patient administration system.

Every day you will...

  • Process digital referrals to appropriate clinical pathways and set up service user online accounts
  • Develop positive working relationships with clinical network and manage the network rotas to ensure capacity is maximised
  • Input data of relevant service user and carer information
  • Manage referral workflow on the patient administration system
  • Deal with telephone and online enquiries from clinical network and clients

To thrive in this role, you must...

  • Have previous administration experience with the ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively
  • Be IT literate with previous experience working on patient administration systems
  • Be personable with the ability to build good working relationships
  • Have previous experience working within a mental health setting (desirable)
