Responsibilities:
§ Ensure service delivered to customer, partner and/or riders meets contractual KPI’s
§ Clarify customer requirements; ask more question to understand the problem better, use SOP knowledge and resources to appropriately provide resolution
§ Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
§ Demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
§ Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
§ Maintain deep understand of standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support.
§ Document all steps and information accurately without compromising quality of service.
§ Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
§ Handling multiple chat with multiple issue at the same time.
§ Portray professionalism demeanour at all time to promote brand’s value
§ Patient listener to manage customer/rider frustration with sense of empathy.
Requirements:
§ Candidate must possess at least a minimum Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
§ Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
§ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in local language, Mandarin, and Cantonese
§ Preferable minimum 1 year working experience in related role as Customer Service/Call Center field.
§ Must be able to work on rotate shift
