This includes organizing social networking events for them to connect with other customers who share similar interests and running events where experts share their knowledge on drinks and food pairings. ACCOUNTABILITY:
1. Handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
2. Helpful, courteous approach to resolve complaints.
3. Mentor, train, manage, and oversee junior cashiers as necessary by providing assistance during customer interactions, and acting according to company policy.
4. Arrange schedule for cashiers.
5. Manage the check-out area and ensure each counter remains clean and efficiently run.
6. Monitor the work of cashiers on a daily basis.
7. Respond to Cashiers’ requests for price checks and other functions for customer service.
8. Generate and maintain account related reports
9. Ensure all POS stations have adequate cash and change at all times.
10. Listen to customer complaints and questions and refer them to the superior when required.
11. Maintain a positive work environment for all cashiers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
