Job Responsibilities
- Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
- Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables
- Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
- Review invoices to be completed for payment
- Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
- Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments . Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers
- Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor name, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures
- Reconcile bank statements
- Input daily bookkeeping and record keeping
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors
- Know how to make payments online and know how to use bank security tokens.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess diploma / in Accounting or Business Administration or related field.
- Preferably candidates who has 2- 3 years accounting working experience.
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia. It is a bonus if you could speak & write in Mandarin language as sometimes required to deal with external stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
