What you'll do:
Define KPIs and create reports to monitor and analyze key strategic efforts.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses for Wix management on topics like conversion, churn, segmentation, customer value, and other business KPIs.
Lead cross-organizational processes to improve business results and best practices throughout the company.
Translate research data and findings into actionable/strategic insights using strong storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills.
Work closely with the Finance and Data Science teams to maintain, streamline and analyze our collections and premium prediction models.
Prepare and analyze data for our quarterly earnings, while working closely with the Investor Relations team.
Help tell the Wix story to investors, combining data-driven insights with deep financial and business understanding.
Qualifications:
Curious individual with a strategic and business mindset who looks at the big picture and has a track record of success in quantitative fields
3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis
Highly skilled in data analysis and visualization (SQL/Excel/Tableau/similar)
Understands business processes and modeling, preferably in B2C companies
Worked closely with strategy, business development, or finance teams to improve business results such as conversion, LTV, churn, and more
Excellent communicator who can deliver analysis results clearly and effectively
Able to initiate and drive projects from beginning to end with minimal guidance
Bonus points if you have a BSc/BA in quantitative fields like mathematics, statistics, economics, or engineering, know SQL, Python, R, or any other scripting language, or have a background in strategic consulting.
