eCommerce Lead, Away From Home [Australia]


 

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

Strategy

  • Develop partnership strategy for the South Pacific region across Foodservice aggregators (FSA) (eg Doordash / Uber / Menulog) platforms, to help bring our products to life in relevant and engaging way and support our evolving Digital & business strategy
  • Understand eCommerce direction, strategy, and execution best practices from the Central O2O organization and application for FSA’s
  • Be the FSA expert for the OU to provide guidance and mentorship to other E-Commerce leads
  • Management and accountability for market priorities, targets, budgets and creation and implementation of Global playbooks and guidelines in FSA
  • Create market specific FSA priorities, targets and budgets

Execution

  • Drive bottler and local market alignment on the O2O agenda for FSA: commercial plan, capabilities, eRTM, measurement and analytics, priority customer engagement, in partnership with C&CL and Franchise Leadership
  • Support key FSA customer management, driving aligned agendas and achievement of KPIs
  • Lead FSA management for the South region (partner if owned by the bottler) to achieve greater than our fair-share of beverages and strive for parity or better incidence rates vs offline
  • Joint definition (with Marketing) of targets (e.g., percent allocated to transactions), considering 3rd party e-commerce platforms and Ko owned platforms
  • In partnership (with Platform Services) deliver the most effective technology deployment, coordination, maintenance for FSA
  • In partnership with IMX deliver the established of retail media execution model alongside foundational performance management and reporting

Governance

  • Track and report progress of commercial execution, performance and initiatives driving data standards for consolidation and results evaluation in line with the global teams using technology to optimize campaign performance
  • Communicate with O2O Central organization to enable visibility and coordination
  • Ensure eCommerce strategies are executed and adapted to local market reality
  • Collect the centrally-defined eCommerce data requirements and methods in conjunction with Platform Services to allow for data to be consolidated and used for tracking results and generating insights

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce/online marketing related fields
  • Specialty experience within FSA
  • Ability to define market priorities based on understanding of local business solutions
  • Critical to understand System financials/economics
  • Strong planning, financial, and collaboration skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working with TCCC external partners (bottlers and customers)
  • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred

Work Focus

  • Influence marketing teams to ensure consideration for FSA channels as part of all campaigns
  • Partner with the local sales to drive FSA to accelerate incidence, revenue and Margin growth
  • Develop and run an FSA marketing program incl. full year campaign plan, co-marketing with customers and sampling with a sustainable ROI
  • Drive FSA specific innovation where needed incl. packaging for delivery and special products
  • Develop a system using relevant platforms to measure and continually analyse performance in FSA to ensure process of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Keep up to date with digital trends to identify strategic white space growth opportunities within FSA and determine key insights from competitive environment & trends
  • Identify strategic opportunities based on data insights within the South region and be empowered to create action plans to pilot new initiatives that lead to engaging online consumer experiences.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams that manage the implementation of FSA specific capability projects and initiatives
  • Work closely with other functions to ensure FSA management is a key pillar in the business planning process.
