Major Responsibilities and Tasks:
- In-depth knowledge of the products and services provided by the company.
- Monitors sales data and works towards sales team objectives.
· Identify opportunities to enhance and increase the services offered to clients.
· Educate customers regarding services and benefits.
· Maintaining relationships with important clients by understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
· Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
· Develop new relationships with potential clients to bring in new business.
· Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, or content marketing.
