- Acquisition and establishment of new customers by organizing and performing sales activities
- Trustful account management with existing customers in the region
- Consulting the regular customer base with regards solution portfolio
- Independently preparing and drawing up offers, conducting contract negotiations
- Representing TecAlliance at meetings with customers and individual presentations of TecAlliance solutions
- Market observation and competitive analysis

Job Qualification
- You have theoretical and practical experience as sales manager, ideally in an agile framework.
- The European automotive aftermarket (supplier and/or distribution side) is familiar to you.
- You have functional experience either in supply-chain, logistics, purchasing or product management.
- You are fully proficient in English and Polish. Additional European languages are a plus
- You are ready for regular business travels (approx. 20%)
